API clients are encouraged to provide events and status changes for the job applications they receive. This enhances greatly the applicants experience and engagement by providing them with feedback about their application.

For the moment only the following events are available for a given job application:

  1. Recruiter View: The recruiter has viewed the applicants job application for the first time. Only the first occurrence of this event will be taken into account for a given job application.
  2. Recruiter Like: The recruiter has viewed the application and has transitioned it to the next step of his application triage process. This does event not mean that the candidate has been taken for the position.
  3. Recruiter Reject: The recruiter has rejected the job application.
